Moshi Rock — Event visual design for Japanese rock concert; Moshi Rock Fes
Moshi Rock Fes is a Japanese rock concert based in Kuala lumpur, Malaysia. The event was organized to gather Malaysia's community of fans who love Japanese music from the influence of Japanese pop culture (i.e. Japanese anime, movies, and tv shows).
Contrary to the traditional perception of rock concerts, the design concept of this event was made to reflect current Japanese pop culture, where vibrant, dynamic colours and visuals often come to mind. As a result, the cmyk colour palette along with colourful geometric shapes were used to give the event an energetic and modern look.
