Amr Mustafa Mourad Fahmy, born on August 28, 1983, in Cairo.
He was an Egyptian football administrator, served as the General-Secretary of the Confederation of African Football (CAF) from 2017 to 2019.
In March 2019, Fahmy was sacked by CAF after he made corruption accusations against CAF president, Ahmad Ahmad. Fahmy announced later that he would run in the 2021 CAF presidential elections.
Fahmy was considered as a big fan of number of clubs as Freiburg, Arsenal, and Al-Ahly Cairo.
In 2007, He founded Ultras Ahlawy, to be the first and largest ultras group in Egypt and Middle East supporting Al-Ahly club.
Fahmy passed away on February 23, 2020, at the age of 36 after a battle with cancer.
