90+ first approached the content studio with the humble request of helping them make a holiday social video promoting their Prosecco. They had one request of getting away from the trendy step-by-step recipe videos dominating social and were completely open to exploring new territory. Complete creative freedom and alcohol – things could be worse. Flash forward a few years and projects later, and it’s still some of my favorite work.
We realized pretty quickly there’s only one step you really need when it comes to Prosecco, just open the damn bottle. What’s more celebratory than just hearing that cork pop? I challenge your little face to not light up with joy when a cork takes flight at a party. So that’s just what we did. Using stop motion, we showed how the cork popping quite literally changes the entire party. We built a 20’ rolling set, decked it out with all the fixings of a raging holiday party and shot it moving past the camera frame by frame, then did it all again after covering the entire set in white paint. The result is pretty magical and to date is the highest viewed videos 90+ has in its roster.
