This project was a gift. I had no constraints or rules to adhere to, so I offered variation. I played around with different fonts, but ultimately decided that the tall, condensed option worked better with this large dog profile. By the way, this is a six-month old great dane.

(below) These images show variation of the font, background, and color overlay. I do prefer the overlay on the drop shadow, though it could stand to be a darker value.
