I was involved with the creation of the NHS Blood register forms. These are now live on the NHS Blood website, www.blood.co.uk. I used wireframes given to me by a UX designer and had to take the NHS brand guidelines to create a Design System in Sketch and create mock ups. 

Then these designs were applied to mobile and tablet layouts.
