Chip Bag Choker/Necklace. This Necklace was made with a washed and thoroughly dried snack chip bag that has a shiny interior. It was cut into large strips and lined with cable ties. The sides were sewn together and gently pulled into large Heart shaped forms that were sewn in place. The form was sewn onto Purple fabric that had been lined with cardboard, and was smoothed into a circular shape.
