Connect For Life
Connect for Life is a system build upon open-source medical platform OpenMRS. Its purpose is to enhance communication between medical workers and patients as well as their caregivers. Connect for Life is mostly used in developing countries where access to health care is limited. The system offers the specified module that enables receiving and answering personalized messages regarding the adherence to treatment, progress, and motivation.
UX process:
* 1-week workshops on the Client's side, working on the requirements, getting to know the end-users' needs and establishing the initial idea of the scope.
* Presenting initial mock-ups of the solution, discussing strong and week points of the designs.
* Collaboration with the Scrum Team and the Client on refining the designs.
* Collaborating with the Team while implementing the final designs.
Scope:
* Design system for the new distribution of Connect for Life.
* Interaction, UX and UI Design of Messages, SMS, Call Flows, ETL modules.
* Collaboration with the rest of Scrum Team during the implementation.
* Establishing the designs with the Client.
