I thought about doing this project as a gift to my coworkers and friends for the holidays. It began 6 months prior when I purchased all the ingrdients to make this delicious recipe of strawberry brandy. The name "Chucklebeary" is a nickname from one of my coworkers, so I decided to use that. The bear icon also has significance. During the Fall I was also lucky to have harvested a bear during hunting season, and this name seemed like the only justification for the sweet taste of success and homemade strawberry brandy that Fall.
