Client: Pottery Barn Kids
The process of making a sample starts with an inspiration or a Mood board. This particular collection was made for SUMMER 2020.
The First step is to finalise a colour palette or fabric swatches to be used in a collection including a base fabric and fabric to be used in embroidery for making different techniques.
The Second Step is to make Technique Swatches for the products keeping the product cost in mind.
The final step is to make the final product range as per the inspiration.
Techniques used in the above collection are Appliqué Embroidery, Satin Stitch, Rice Stitch, Bullion Stitch, French knots and Embroidery from Chindi (left out fabric stripes) fabric.
