Concept:

The San Fruttuoso Abbey is a true oasis in a unique scenario, amid the earth and the woodlands of Mount Portofino and the blue sea of eastern Liguria, Italy.
Visitors can live an immersive and relaxing experience thanks to the beauty of the 13th century architecture surrounded by his turquoise water beach. FAI, a pro loco whose focus it’s to promote Italy’s artistic heritage, asked our team to rebrand his visual language and design a digital strategy in order to make the experience much easier and make the visit attractive also for young age tourists. One interesting rhythmic feature that appealed to our attention was the arch, that appears as the main characteristic of the architecture. The second element became the sea, as it decorates the landscape and surrounds the visitors even inside the abbey, thanks to beautiful double-arched windows. As a result, abstract visuals took shape combining the main attractions of San Fruttuoso through a modern identity that speaks to younger generations while keeping its image consistent.
