Our work for SSEK, a respectable Indonesian Law Firm which in 1997 take a part as member of initiative group aimed to contribute ideas to deal with unsettled debt in Asian crisis, including the new bankruptcy law.

We choose culinary as a theme of  the calendar to representing how the traditional wisdom are become a significance values in SSEK professional practices and also take the viewers to relook culinary from a different point of view.

The look of Batik Kompeni was chosen as we are inspired by the origin story how Batik Kompeni were created.

Batik Kompeni are a results from mixture from two different visual traditions,Indonesian and Dutch.

Batik Kompeni inspired and teach us how the local tradition can manage and find 

a beautiful way to deal with the differences.
