That which was a farming plot for a South St. Elizabeth farmer is now progressively being transformed into a sub-division with well thought-out road network.
Transformation from farm
to road construction.
It started with a backhoe removing rocks, and cutting a path for the road after survey was done and roadway was pegged out.
After the roadway is cut, the front-end loader is used to spread marl along the surface.
A motor grader was subsequently used to further level the roadway and to add technical application to the landscaping process.
The roadway is now covered with marl and a plant box is constructed as a median.
Three young men who goes by the group name "Ultimate" works assiduously adding curve walls and drain channels to the sides of the roadway.
Though not finished, we can see the development of a road network on a plot of land that was once used for active farming.
