"My Shadow" is a poem by R. L. Stevenson who was a famous poet, essayist, travel writer. This poem is about how a child is so lonely that he feels his shadow his friend and the imagination of shadow playing with a child. I have expressed the movement of shadow. After a brief study of the nature of shadows, observation and with reference to shadow in literature, I arrived at a personal expression of story in the form of a poem. The film is a visual rendition of this poem through the medium of animation. I used black and white for this film style.
