The Brief
Create beautifully designed limited edition bottles to engage customers and raise money for Malaria No More UK.

Preliminary Ideas
Below are a few design routes I chose to explore. Out of the three, it was felt that idea number two was the strongest due to animals being instantly recognisable and visually appealing among consumers.
Final Solution
This was a competition I won in 2016 when I was at University. The brief was set by YCN, a worldwide, creative organisation and the design was commended by Fever Tree.

Malaria is spread worldwide through tropical regions which include Africa, Asia and the Americas by mosquitos. Each of my bottle designs feature an animal which is native to a country affected. The animal is wrapped around the bottles structure, giving the impression it is chasing a mosquito in an attempt to capture it and eradicate it from the country.
The concept could also be applied to a can format.

Advertisement Ideas
I expanded on the brief by creating a beer mat idea which advertises the campaign within pubs, bars and restaurants.

A magazine campaign idea. Mosquitos could be printed in random places throughout a magazine, allowing the reader to play a hunting game. The idea gives the impression on how easily the mosquitos can travel and the disease can spread.

A game where the user squashes mosquitos using the touch screen.
