Couture Collection

World first Digital Haute Couture.

Ralph and Russo, UK Luxury Haute Couture Fashion House engaged VSLB Inc. creative team and collaborating designers to create part of their FW20/21 Haute Couture Collection presented at Semaine de la Haute Couture Digital Fashion Show.

In addition to the Digital Fashion, the team provided a fully customized Brand Avatar created with Substance Painter and Cinema 4D showcased in a studio and featured in a series of backplates representing the 7 Wonders of the World.

Due to the complexity of the garments our team worked with various softwares.

The base shape of the dress was created with Clo3d and Marvelous Designer, while all embroidery patterns, stones, flowers and feathers were designed from sketches and modeled with Cinema 4D.

After producing each single part, they were brought together and rendered with Cinema 4D and Octane.

Seven Wonders.

The backdrop against the collection is a digital recreation of the Contemporary Seven Wonders of the World. (These include the great Colosseum in Rome, Petra in Jordan, the Great Wall of China, Chichén Itzá in Mexico, the Taj Mahal, Rio de Janeiro’s Christ the Redeemer and the lost city of Machu Picchu.)

Final Presentation at Semaine de la Haute Couture.

The following Video is the official launching of the FW20/20 Haute Couture Collection presented at Semaine de la Haute Couture Digital Fashion Show by Ralph and Russo. The final deliverables were incorporated in the video.

Exclusive R&R Digital Model

She is a beautiful black woman, whose name in traditional Swahili is synonymous with strength and power. The ultimate modern woman; fusing both old and new, elegance and strength. The face textures were made with substance painter, creating a dewy and young look of the skin.

Her body was modeled to fit perfectly the measure of an haute couture model and the body type "Hour Glass".

Hauli at the Colosseum

Look 1 _ Behind the scenes

Inside the walls of the Roman Colosseum, Hauli, showcases Look 1.

A unique white silk crêpe column gown, featuring an oversized bow hip bustle and exposed bow embellished back, finished with crystal pearl drops, xilions and crystal briolette pendant brooches.

Digital Garment Design.

Tamara Ralph and her Team provided us with a detailed tech pack including custom sketches and details of the look. Based on the tech pack, each garment base shape was modelled in Clo3d on the T pose of the Avatar. Then the poses were set and the garment was simulated into the pose.
