Writalk is an English language teaching platform that primarily targets young people in the Middle East, who are looking to take their professional and academic careers to a higher level through mastering English.
It’s common that a lot of young people nowadays face several challenges during their learning journey, but with Writalk’s friendly approaches, learning is supposed to be easy and enjoyable.
Task
Create a visual brand identity for Writalk - English learning platform.English language is a necessary thing for career and educational advancement in the Middle East and some young people find it very difficult, so we want to show the cheerful voice of the intellectual proximity to the audience and be far from the competitors who are very many.
Logo
Writalk’s mission is to encourage language learners to make that needed leap in different areas of their lives, and after many initial sketches and drawing attempts, we finally decided that the final logo would be a jumping squirrel, which is a vivid representation of the core of their mission. Note that we did our best to avoid overused logos concepts, such as: flying birds or conversation balloons…
Icons and Illustrations
As it has been mentioned earlier, I would like to stay away from the overused symbols however, it would be no harm if we could use small icons to give our audience a few hints about the platform.
