About The Project
Towarowa 22 by Echo Investment was originally designed by the famous Danish architect Bjarke Ingels, but the final project is now under the hands of the Warsaw architects studios JEMS Architekci.
Today Echo investment in collaboration with AFI Europe specialized in residential constructions, unveiled the final design of Towarowa 22 at the MIPIM fair (in French, Le Marché International des Professionnels de L’immobilier), an international property event hosted in Cannes, France, each March.
My Role
I was part of Seethree team. On this project I was helping with 3D Modeling, fixing and preparing CAD imports for Unreal Engine, Texturing, Shading, Scene Dressing and Detailing, Lights, Optimization and Lightbuilds. 
Besides all those, I was responsible with setting Pipeline in the studio and guiding the juniors while they were helping me around.
The content related to the infographics are done completely by another artist. 
Rendering and camera shots were done by one of the studio heads where I also assisted on a few select.
