The boy who wore plaid

The boy who wore plaid
Most artists & designers will, at some point in their lives, find inspiration in love. A muse. In the very transformative year of 2010, my muse took the form of a boy. A boy who wore plaid. He lived in a house with exposed brick and slanted ceilings. We played sudoku in a pool of morning sun, and braved the bears at night in a backyard tent. He inspired me. His raw talent, heart of gold, and shit-eating grin inspired my illustrations, growth and evolution. So, thanks, plaid-boy. I couldn't have done it without you.
