Here Comes the Sun

We completed a day workshop with Type Buildr (@type_buildr), who are a team of designers who created this activity to keep creativity alive in the Covid-19 Lockdown. The pack contains various shapes which are used to create your own typeface, showcased with a message of positivity during this unsettling time. This task was a nice break from FMP work and it was super enjoyable to feel so connected to 100's of other designers completing the same task, all whilst working remotely.

I used the lyrics 'Here Comes The Sun', to remind us of the better days that will eventually come. The pastel colours are warm and calming which I think is necessary for the feel of my piece. I created a 1080x1080 Instagram post, followed by a 1920x1080 Instagram story.
