My childhood hero,

Back in the days when school went for a break i'd visit my grandfather in Murang'a with my cousins. Each evenening we'd gather around the hearth warming ourselves by the cheerful tounges of fire as he narrated mau mau stories, of how they fought for Kenyan independence. How they camouflaged with the forest by wearing leopard's skin.
