The brief: To create a brand for an urban garden centre come workshop space in East London run by a couple of self confessed horticultural history geeks.
The idea: From Latin meaning cultivation (Horticulture: Hortus cultūra), but also referring to the culture it seeks to create by housing classes and forums on gardening.
