Slide 4: Demo Start of SelLogik access
Chris is responsible to keep the Eloqua data ‘Sales Ready’. Chris will setup a recurring daily routine to cleanse and enhance Eloqua records using SetLogik Express. The powerful wizard guides Chris through the process to correct and maintain quality leads, accounts, and contacts in Eloqua. With SetLogik’s easy to use interface, you don’t need to be a data expert to maintain good data.
SetLogik’s user interface allows a new or an existing job to be created quickly and easily. To start the set-up process, Chris visits the Identify Tab and adds a new job.
The first step in the wizard is to designate if the data source system is existing or new. Chris selects new and provides a unique name. Chris provides login credentials for Eloqua. After verifying Chris’s credentials, Setlogik auto-discovers the leads, prospects, accounts, and custom objects in Eloqua.
Chris chooses to update Eloqua and Setlogik or SetLogik simultaneously. SetLogik takes care of establishing and maintaining relationships between objects automatically. Chris chooses contacts as the data object to process. Setlogik allows the user to specify which languages are included in the file, providing support for all global languages. Built-in preview functionality enables users to examine data quickly and verify the data source.
Unlike other systems, SetLogik creates and maintains your own global marketing database. Chris chooses an existing data mapping template versus creating a new one. Once the data map is created, the process of lead enhancement begins. When SetLogik finishes updating contacts, Chris will be notified via email. As SetLogik processes the contacts in the background, you can continue to utilize SetLogik for other activities.
After the data processing is complete, Chris receives an email confirmation that includes a Data Resolution Report. This report provides a summary of the data changes made to your file. It lists each record resolution; showing original input value, the replacement value, and the correction performed on each record.
SetLogik has combined valid data into a single best-of-breed record with certified and standardized mail addresses and verified phone numbers. The file has been normalized and standardized. Notice, the system identified a phone number as not valid. This can be represented as NV OR the phone number can be omitted if desired.
