Mimus is a pet treats & snacks business that creates gourmet delicacies for cats and dogs of Budapest.
The mural depicts cats and dogs interacting, playing and looking at the viewer.
The mural is drawn in a linear style with bold lines that have a feeling of continuity. The way the figures are arranged allows them to overlap each other and complete each other's movements, so they fill out the entire composition and cover the entire surface area. This way, there is no feeling of an empty background with disconnected figures, floating around.
The artwork is black and white, providing a strong contrast, except the toys, treats and accessories of animals. These objects are evenly placed throughout the entire composition for a splash of color and a fun and uplifting look overall.
The mural was designed and drawn by me, on a primed and painted white wall, using acrylic paint and acrylic markers.
