architecture design as a perceptual experiment inspired by borges story "tlön".
in the world of tlön people communicate by only using verbs. there is no nouns and therefore no perception of objects as entities, people perceive their interaction with the world as a process. disembodying the world of shapes brings foreward the interactions between things which are compressed into tightly packed experiences of the wold that are based on emotion rather than rationality.
the location is city hall station. forgotten unused station under city hall park. forgotten by our world it finds it´s way to the world of tlön. a museum of emotions shall give it a new life. a closed loop of perceptional experiences based on seeing, feeling, hearing, and confronting with a different reality shall revive it once more. the building can be entrynced only through the station, and brings you above the city hall park.
