A waterfront is an area of investment for the government, for middle-income groups, it is an area of recreation, and for the low-income groups (fishermen) this the source for their livelihood. But all formal waterfront developments despite creating inclusive spaces, end up targeting specific income group people.

This thesis is an attempt to break that practice and create an inclusive mixed user development where everybody in the town has a space in this place.
