Beginning my career with ESI in July 2010 I began a multi-phase social networking marketing plan. Phase I; included the introduction of ESI to Facebook, Twitter and a blog site accompanied with training employees nationwide in maintenance and upkeep. The beginning profiles through the various outlets were basic to allow for complete training optimization. Phase II; enhancing profiles specifically Facebook to include html code for personalized tabs and to embed the employee job board and blog to the page, creating one porthole for social networking communication. Phase III; the skeleton for marketing the social media materials, specifically adding links to email signatures and the corporate web page. Constructing numerous test templates for email marketing campaigns to promote the page while advertising on Facebook to monitor clicks, impressions and added 'likes.' Phase IV; tailoring ad campaigns to acquire more friends, likes, hits, clicks and impressions to the page while supplying sufficient content to the networks. This phase will continue to adapt and change throughout this marketing plan in order to consistently add and maintain social media standards.
