It's normal to see handmade posters and fill-in-the-blank store bought signs to advertise garage sales. When I was approached to make flyers for a moving sale in Austin, I decided to give the sale an identity. Customized advertisements were used on the Facebook event page, online advertisements and on posters hung around the city.
