10 Minute Tai Chi - App Development

The concept behind this project was to develop a screen-based media experience to support my previous editorial publication Spirituality & Martial Arts.
While researching Martial Arts I came across a lot of fitness articles and scholarly journals. What I found interesting was the information on how meditation can help keep not only your mind fit but also your body. Therefore, a guided meditation app bridges the mental and physical aspects of the human body. 
The main demographic is teenagers to adults, people who are active and need help calming themselves down or reducing stress. Helping anyone who would like to either learn to meditate or to just keep focus. Whether it is someone who is stressed and needs to clear their mind, someone looking for a post workout cool-down, or someone who has trouble falling asleep, there are variations in meditation and breathing rhythms.
