Art direction, design and food and photo styling for this allergen-friendly baking book by Heidi Rozeske. Worked with photographer Ruthie Hauge to capture each recipe as well as photos of Heidi baking. The recipe book contains 19 original recipes that are gluten-free, dairy-free, corn-free, gum-free, nightshade-free, yeast-free, refined-sugar-free as well as some that are vegan, grain-free, paleo, and egg-free.

Heidi is a wonderfully quirky and up-beat client. She is a badass lady boss and fiercely loving mother. She created this cookbook for the people she loves, many who have food sensitivities and allergies. We wanted to created a book that felt warm and homey that was full of information for people who are just starting to bake without. This cookbook contains a lot of safe comfort foods that are hard to find without harmful or problematic ingredients. It's been to feel like a hug and friendly guide after being told you or someone you love cannot consume things like gluten anymore. This is a great place to start.
