A THRILLING THEMED EXPERIENCE
The Jersey Devil is a thrilling coaster experience like no other. Based on the New Jersey urban legend of the Jersey Devil, guests will fly through the haunting Pine Barrens of south Jersey while captured in the claws of the Jersey Devil.
The experience begins at the beginning of the queue, guests enter a foggy forest path. They hear eerie music playing and see shadows across the trees. Signs tell them to turn back. As they continue down the path they come to an abandoned house. They soon learn that the house was home to the Leeds family and the Devil himself. As guests walk through the house they see signs that the Jersey Devil was there, and may even still be there. Finally, the guests make their way upstairs and are greeted with a terrifying shriek. The Jersey Devil seizes the guest in his claws and flies with them through the trees of the Pine Barrens. The Jersey Devil lands back at the house and leaves the guests back where they started. Guests then leave the Leeds house and exit through retail. They take a similar forest path back to the rest of the theme park.
This concept utilizes a wing coaster and is proposed to located at Six Flags Great Adventure in Jackson, New Jersey.
