Frederik J. Cilliers is a Senior Art Director based out of Sapient’s Cologne office. Cilliers has extensive experience in the advertising and digital marketing industry. He has been involved in the conceptualization, design and development of a variety of multi-channel campaigns.

Born (but not bred) South African; his roots are scattered far and wide. Having lived and worked in multiple cities, countries and continents - he has learned to celebrate diversity, freedom and equality. Fred thrives in a world where science / art; creativity / technology live together in beautiful synergy. He is visually led, but technically driven.

Frederik has a thorough experience and understanding of integrated and multi-channel marketing and has led several teams to deliver award-winning campaigns for clients and brands from various sectors and industries. When he isn’t doing that he spends a great deal of his free time improving his skills as an amateur music curator.
