Faust has made a name for himself as one of the most innovative and influential graffiti artists coming out of New York today. He has become recognized worldwide for incorporating classical design sensibilities with contemporary urban aesthetics. Faust's work has appealed to audiences far beyond the street, recently earning him the prestigious Young Guns Award from the Art Directors Club and five Awards of Excellence from the Type Directors Club this year.

A master craftsman in the art of writing, Martha Cooper (co-author of Subway Art) described Faust as "a prolific practitioner of elegantly executed handstyles". Faust was featured throughout two of Cooper's most recent books, Going Postal and Name Tagging. Faust was also published in Graffiti New York by Luke Felisbret, Definition: The Art and Design of Hip Hop by Cey Adams, Flip the Script by Christian Acker, Stickers: From Punk Rock to Contemporary Art by DB Burkeman, and Graffiti 365 by Jay Edlin which features the following:

"Among all the amateur scribbling and indecipherable hieroglyphics that make up the average tagger's landscape, a skilled hand at penmanship is a rarity. New York-based artist Faust is best known for his impeccable calligraphy skills...Faust grounds his ethos in the idea that a graffiti writer needn't change his style of artwork to be a legitimate fine artist–the letters are enough."

Faust was featured in the Le Tag exhibition in the Grand Palais in Paris and collaborated with the Graffiti Research Lab art collective in Design and the Elastic Mind at the Museum of Modern Art. Clients include Nike, Samsung, Spotify, Adobe, Fabergé, and Soho House. Faust was named as one of Juxtapoz Magazine's Top 20 Graffiti Artists to Know Right Now, the New Yorker's Calligraphy Stars of Instagram, and Paper Magazine's Young NYC Artists Shaking Things Up.
