- Managing Project development from initiation to closure.

- Managing multiple inter department projects from initiation to closing related to systems upgrade, Deployments and new project startup.
- Collaborate closely with Director General, and other top level management regarding timely processing of in-house CRM and ERP solutions.
- Responsible for planning and implementation of ERP and CRM solutions and other related projects.
- Provide basic strategic and project flow advice to the Project heads on required follow up and/or corrective action.
- Manage workflow and deadlines on multiple, simultaneous projects.
- Present ideas and designs effectively, lead design review and feedback sessions.
- Collect and consistently leverage design feedback.
- Help the development and QA teams to better understand the customer requirements and help complete work breakdown structure to estimate effort required for each task.
- Also perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by DG and ED.
- Participate in ongoing software development process improvement.

- To review Training Materials, assessment course delivery Lesson plan templets update and validate the information as per the requirement for Desktop Publishing.
- Create brand standards for Publishing and Printable materials. Logos placement, printing alignment.

Deliverable
- Branding of Facilitator Delivery Guide & Assessment Packages’ i.e. Power Points Presentation, Word, Excel, files.

- Coordinate with the Technical Advisor Communication, TVET SSP/GIZ for the briefing on theme of VC & JP training manual and promotional material.
- Development of info-graphics for the training manual as per available facts and figures in the content, the promotional material such as brochure , leaflets and flyers must be unique and innovative.
- Provide specifications of the products for which designs are developed.

Deliverables
- Final Design of the training manual and at least three sample options of the front and back cover pages of the product.
- Designs of at least three options of the promotional material.
- Detailed specifications of the products for which designs will be developed.

Working as a Graphic Team lead in this organization from last 6 months. Its been a great learning environment where i have to handle all graphic work, design new layouts according to client's requirement then manage complete work done by my junior regarding html conversion.
