Helped in taking a small online retailer to be a multi brand and multi national group. I started as a Creative Developer and went on to work on a range of UX and collaborative brand projects that took me all over the world and helped me gain experience in Art Direction and developing design guidelines for large collaborative teams.

Mostly sub contracted to help on a variety of projects in motion web and print.

In my role as Digital Marketing co-ordinator I developed the Companies brand on a range of projects in online and Printed mediums. Work could vary and challenge me to such tasks as to direct projects ranging from Corporate photography to redesigning the online brand whilst also developing the front end of the companies web sites. Designing everything from Html CSS, flash banners, html emails and even the odd animated gif.
