- Preparing rough drafts and present ideas

- Acting as a team lead, overseeing the whole customer support operation to identify improvement gaps and guide the team on a daily basis

- Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via chat, email, or video conference
- Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features
- Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions
- Updating our internal database with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
- Sharing feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
- Informing customers about new features and functionalities
- Following up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
- Gathering customer feedback and sharing with other circles: product, sales and marketing team
