I am from the beautiful town of Holland, Michigan (those who use the palm as a map it is located on the edge of the left side of your palm about half way up.) I grew up with a house full of animals, an Australian Shepard, 2 cats, and a blonde haired younger brother. I attended West Ottawa Public Schools where I consumed most of time juggling art classes and sporting events. I was a member of the West Ottawa Volleyball and Basketball teams. I continued my love of volleyball and art at Elmhurst College in Elmhurst, Illinois for two years before transferring to Columbia College Chicago as a Graphic Design student.

Graphic Design has always interested me. With the various ways of communicating to people through images, shapes, and type and the moods they can portray provides limitless innovation. I am a member of AIGA and love flooding my brain with creativity and exploration of new mediums. When I am not straining my eyes on my computer screen designing, I find myself exploring new restaurants, shops, and neighborhoods within the city limits.
