Where does a UI/UX designer who runs a photography business on the side, and has an unquenchable passion for business and marketing fit in? I'm still trying to find the best job where I can excel in all of my potential without having to give up on what makes my heart beat. Raised as a third culture kid having grown up in 7 different countries, 3 different langauges, and numerous clashing cultures - I have dominated the art of adaptation, flexibility, and creativity to make all situations work out. My life experience has molded me for the creative and marketing industry - and that is where I want to be planted, and eventually bloom. I am passionate about learning and growing, but most importantly, working with and raising up those around me.

Education

Unicarioca

BA in Visual Design

Attending 3 different universities is not the ideal procedure for ambitious professionals craving a bright future. Life did not offer me the smoothest of rides in my college education, but I have to say I am thankful for having attended three different institutions, in three completely different cities, and having faced the challenge to dominate and excel in two very different languages. Finishing up my degree at UniCarioca was an amazing experience. It is a very community based institution, raising up professionals with not only conceptual skills, but market-focused strategies.

University Of Stellenbosch

BA Visual Communication Design

My first three years of university were done at Stellenbosch, a very traditional university at the heart of the western cape in southern Africa. Due to a reloaction back to Brazil, my home country, I had to discontinue my studies, but if not for SU, I would not be who I am today.

UniRitter

BA Graphic Design

I loved studying in Porto Alegre: Brazil's "LIttle Europe". I learnt so much about how it is important to read when you study graphic design. I learnt even more about how marketing and business skills are indispensable qualities for the exceptional design thinker. It was a shame I had to discontinue my studies once more to move up to Rio de Janeiro. I am, however very thankful for the teachers who so generously invested in my education during my 2 years at UniRitter.
