I've worked with the team on a new streaming platform that is called "Tela" similar to Netflix, HBO Max, Disney Plus, Apple TV.

My Role: User Interviews - Competitive Analysis - User Stories - Affinity Diagrams - Empathy Maps - Usability Huristic Analysis - Surveys - Personas - User Testing / Usability Testing - Storyboarding - Journey Maps.
And also design side: Sketches - Wireframing - User Flow - Information Arch - UI - Prototyping - Visual Design - Interaction Design - Accessibility.

And we worked on 3 Touch-points: Smart TV, Web and Mobile.

Also, as I am a Native Arabic Speaker. I've been leading user interviews because we were interviewing users from Arab countries like UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt...
