- Management of production, animation, design and creative writing teams for internal communications projects.
- Management and coordination of on-site creative support teams during events and organizations.
- Clients included: Aytemiz, ARİS, Bayer, Bosch, Coca Cola, Eczacıbaşı, EnerjiSA, Goodyear, Hyundai, Lexus, Lifecell, P&G, Redbull, Solo, Tuborg, Turkcell, Tupperware, UNI Baby and various event agencies.

Leading a team of 35+ artists including art directors, an editor, designers, retouchers and interns as well. Directing four teams for motion and static visual design, new media design, picture retouching & correcting and lastly for creative literary works. Giving visual design support and consultation to other Group companies and departments. Training all of the artists of the Group companies on both theoritical and practical principles of arts. Giving the final approval to most of the manipulated visuals and designs for publishing.

Art directing almost all the visual works of the company and its sister companies for more than a year. Leading teams of up to five members, including fellow art directors and designers. Working with various experts in different areas such as coders, photographers, third party agencies and studios etc.

Both designed and art directed various projects which included: brand management, web design, print design, photo manipulation and other 2D visual art jobs. Gained experience in working with companies both as a one man army and as a team of up to five people. Managed projects and teams. Coordinated clients and various other associates like print houses, software firms, designers etc. Many jobs included both design and html & css coding skills as well.
