As a founder I was responsible for everything inside the business. I decided what CMS we were using, the technologies, workflow, costumer relationship and so on. In this time period I worked with 4 more people that worked as a partner or freelancer.

We got quite good jobs and raised the bar in our city. In 2012 may we released one of the first responsive websites in Fortaleza and since then every new website we've done also got the responsive treatment.

To achieve this we used the ZURB's Foundation Framework, since the 2.3.x version. We worked with Joomla as the main and general CMS, Opencart as the e-commerce platform and Wordpress for blogging. Later in 2013 we started to use alternative CMS like gpEasy and Bolt to smaller projects.

To improve our workflow I've implemented TeamBox for project management, SublimeText 2 for code editing, SASS as the CSS pre-compiler and git for version management and deployment.

I was responsible for all the mockups, final designs and code writting.
