Freelance Art Director/Graphic Designer
I have worked with clients large and small to produce high quality marketing collateral, including brochures, event invitations, HTML email blasts, signage, advertisements, stationery, and much more. Clients have included Dragon Tree Books, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Boca Raton Regional Hospital Foundation, and Peak National Promotions. The Kristol Group Of Marcus & Millichao
Publications Manager
Orchestrated and was wholly responsible for the visual design, production and distribution of marketing collateral — print advertising, property websites, custom-coded HTML e-blasts, magazine-style print brochures, PowerPoint presentations, site and floor plans, maps, video slideshows, direct mail postcards and social media — for a top-ranked 12-person team. Established The Kristol Group team as a leader among an office of over 50 agents by creating a unique team branding identity within the branding and style constraints of corporate parent Marcus & Millichap. Significantly reduced project turnaround times by applying agile and waterfall development processes to team projects. Created and continuously reiterated templates and style sheets while optimizing team communication and documentation. Created branded, fully customized, hand-coded HTML e-blast templates that can to be used and edited seamlessly at all stages by team members who lack HTML coding skills.
