My responsibilities include:
- Designing print and email bulletins and stuffed bulletin inserts (combined 5 bulletins into 1)
- Designing flyers, ads, and other graphics for parish events and programs
- Updating websites for 5 parishes
- Coordinating the process of gathering data for the name of the Family of Parishes and gathering and synthesizing that data for the Family of Parishes Council and parishioners

Along with planning events related to faith and social justice and accompanying college students on their faith journey, I designed flyers and slideshows for events, Campus Ministry's weekly e-newsletter, and module that taught students Catholic Social Teaching.

- Designed emails and email templates which increased the organization’s email open rate by about 15% and click-thru rate by about 3%

- Implemented the organization’s branding through designs of social media posts, emails, and print material
- Optimize images for online store

Ministry Leader, 2015-2017
- Managed and led a 3 person team on web design, social media, photography, and video production projects

- Redesigned and updated the parish’s website, posted content on social media, took photos at events, and filmed and produced videos

- Increased the parish’s online presence through designing and updating their website and posting on social media

- Filmed and edited the video of the pastor’s welcome message

- Assisted in the design of and created various marketing and print materials including a brochure, office signage, and press kit materials, which followed branding guidelines

- Updated and built web pages on Bridge-Builders, the organization’s social networking site on Ning

- Creatively designed various print pieces and illustrations
- Brainstormed with Creative Partner and another intern on concepts for an ad and an art/design zine
