Being the Lead for User Experience (UX) Design, i lead product design initiatives to explain the need for UX with differnet product owners and departments and help create a strategy for our user interfaces and work with our clients to significantly enhance their experience using journey maps, user flow, and build a User centric design experience.

I work closely work hand in hand with the Product and architect to steer and guide the process of developing new and improved products with user-experience focus from conception to launch.

Responsibilities
Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
Create personas through user research and data
Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, icons, illustration, sketches and tables)
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
Understands the opportunity and limitations of mobile and desktop and software or technology used.
Lead the UX Design initiatives to evolve the user experience for Cebu Pacific and Getgo commercial and internal projects, platforms and services.
Own the end-to-end design process of the team, ensuring on time, detailed, and polished deliverables and support developers in creating hi-fi deliverables
Collaborate effectively with an agile, multi-disciplinary team to evaluate the feasibility of proposed designs and champion great UX in the face of technical constraints
Incorporate data-driven insights to guide UX strategy
Provide full hands-on design work as needed, iteratively creating interaction flows, wireframes, visual, interactive prototypes, and detailed design specifications. Present design work to Product owners, and developers teams, as well as stakeholders and directors and explain the proposed approach
Hire, manage, mentor, and develop designers within my team
