I am an innovative, adaptive and detail oriented design professional. My experience includes 3D environment design and visualization, product art creation, asset management and workflow optimization.

I am team oriented with a passion for developing myself and others. I thrive in a fast paced environment and actively seek feedback to improve my work. I am an asset management fanatic and continuously strive to implement innovative techniques and processes that unlock the full potential of a design studio. I am not afraid to take risks and I am a very fast learner. I pride myself on strong communication, knowledge sharing and building relationships to accelerate team performance.

During my time at Nike, I saw 3D rapidly evolve in apparel and footwear product creation and decided to pivot my career and apply my passion for technology. I obtained my degree in 3D Design and Animation in 2020 and I am currently working for Crozzroads, a digital experience agency in Amsterdam. As a 3D artist for Crozzroads, my areas of focus are architectural visualization, pipeline creation and asset management.
During my time at Nike I learned the deep complexities of one of the largest apparel production pipelines in the world. My responsibilities increased in a short period of time due to my ability to effectively manage a heavy workload and work well with others in a matrix team format. Starting as a Production Artist then moving into a Digital Creation Lead and Content Artist role, I contributed to many organizational transformations.

As a production specialist at Nike, I noticed the trend towards utilizing 3D design in apparel and footwear product creation. 3D design is becoming more relevant and essential across many different industries.

I am currently pursuing a degree in 3D Modeling and Animation in the Netherlands. My goal is to open new career doors and either work as an Environment Designer for the game or film industry or return to Nike with newly honed skills.

Crozzroads

3D Artist

Create architectural visualization graphics and artist impressions for the firms clients using 3ds Max, VRay and Photoshop. Build and texture 3d models for use in interactive tool development. Collaborate with Unreal Engine developers and other 3d artists to create real-time visualization tools for architects and developers.

Establish and document various areas of the firm's pipeline, including architectural visualization, asset management and distribution, project management structure, 3ds max master file building, Unreal vegetation generation, and material and texture workflow. Streamline segments of production to reduce miscommunication and rework, improving the quality of work for the firm. Research and deploy new software and plugins to enhance workflow.

Primary development tools include 3ds Max, VRay, Unreal Engine, iToo Software, Megascans, Quixel Mixer, Substance Painter, Substance Designer, Design Connect, Photoshop and Illustrator. Remote collaboration tools include Azure, Discord, GitHub and Monday.

Digital Creation Lead

Project manager for MLB Headwear and Cut and Sew and College Headwear. Launched a project management platform for the Digital Product Creation (DPC) studio. Built trust with leadership to pioneer a new product creation process and champion a new studio model. Held three overlapping positions during studio transitions without sacrificing quality of work. Expanded team capabilities through effective project management and work allocation.

Facilitated category meetings to retrieve information needed to execute graphics and images required for product creation, using Wrike as the studio project tracker. Ensured product gates and dates were met and artwork passed quality control tests before factory production. Prepared visual tools for team product reviews, ensured category team members had what they needed to create, sell and manufacture seasonal product. Reported seasonal metrics such as approval and rejection rates, negotiated deadlines and resolved conflicting priorities in a productive fashion.
Deliver tools for review (internal & external) and ensure category matrix has what is needed to create, sell and manufacture seasonal product. Provide season metrics, negotiate deadlines and manage up any out of scope requests. Partner with peer DCLs and managers to ensure one voice of service out to all categories and into the studios (image, 3D & content).
