Dmitri Aske is an artist from Moscow, Russia, who started his artistic career in 2000 as a graffiti writer. Later he moved on further developing his style in graphic design, typography, illustration, modern graphics, street and fine art.

Quite fast, Aske’s distinctive style has brought him success, and since 2008 he has collaborated with different prominent companies, including Nike Sportswear, Reebok, Sony PlayStation, Nokia, and Red Bull, as well as small independent brands. In 2010, Print Magazine, USA, chose Aske along with other 19 young artists from all over the world for their special annual issue New Visual Artists—20 under 30.

Today, Aske both creates impressive plywood artworks for gallery shows, paint murals, and keeps on making illustrations, typographic compositions, and digital graphics for different commercial and personal projects. Having successfully created his own visual language, Dmitri Aske now tries to find a balance between the visual side of his artworks and the ideas and concepts behind them. Read Less
