In order to thrive as a business over the next ten years and beyond, we must be able to understand the trends and forces that will shape our business; visualize the actions that must be taken to meet the trends and forces; to be able to describe these trends and forces in a manner that promotes a collaborative effort among strategic partners and all employees at DLS and swiftly direct the collaborative efforts in order to prepare for whats to come.
