I run my own freelance company that I formed in the UK back in 2007. This is where I collaborate with others on projects from development, design and print, with clients in Australia, Canada, Europe, Scandinavia, the UK and the US.

Acting as the in-house designer for ISD, I have designed multiple sites including CMS based template pages for Honda Dealerships (100+).

Redesign the Motorcycles site to allow users to more easily understand the new E.U. Licensing laws, a new European Initiative to change motorcycle licensing.

Other general design related issues like streamline asset management and creating Photoshop Actions and then training other developers how to use the Actions to speed up development.

I also work as a developer in the Project team. I was responsible for setting up the structural markup and global styling that the team then worked from.

As the Lead I would have to talk to clients to help them realise their goal. Creating the designs and then do the development of the sites. All sites were built to be responsive and capable of working on multiple devices.

The EveryScreen Media team is comprised of serial entrepreneurs, accomplished PhDs, architectural engineers and rocket scientists. They asked me to build them a custom Responsive Wordpress theme from scratch. I built the site with a mobile first approach.

As a freelance developer I was asked to take a PSD and build a Real Estate site for RE/MAX. I built this project using Luke Wroblewski’s ‘Mobile First’ approach. The site was responsive and built into a custom Wordpress Theme.

Lovesocial needed some help with custom Wordpress development and design on a tight deadline over the Christmas/New Year period which made this is a fun and challenging project, with continued enhancements.

Sorting, typesetting, organizing, labeling, proofing and otherwise monitoring the type. Learn terminology, perform maintenance and repair of the presses. Assisting in the design and Art Direction for print projects that come into the studio.

A short Internship I did during my college break between terms. I worked on designing a new website for a non-profit company that required a community facing website as well as a large event driven back-end for members.

Worked on integrating all jQuery into the re-design and build of well known coffee company Ethical Bean. It was a tight deadline as they were being featured in Oprah Winfrey's O magazine.

Build a new website that would be a online shop for one of the most highly respected hospitality groups in Canada.

I worked as a Developer/Designer for the Lawn & Garden, Energy, Marine and ATV sites upgrade.

Banner is a London-based marketing agency specialising in the technology sector. I was brought in to finish a Joomla site that had a very tight deadline for Symantec Northern Europe.

At Virgin Media I developed a couple of microsites including a site for the release of Madagascar 2. I developed web pages based on Photoshop mockups and tested across multiple platforms and browsers.

I have worked on many projects at Honda, including the rebuild of Honda Europe’s UK website, to develop pages based on Photoshop files provided from the creative agency Collective. I also worked on the development and design a customer motorcycle site.

Barkers are an award winning Digital Agency. I developed cross platform/browser websites up to Level AAA. I consulted with the Creative department on upcoming projects prior to pitching and provided technical solutions as required. Assured all sites were compliant to relevant standards provided by scope documents. Worked to tight deadlines to assure delivery of projects. Mentored Junior members of the team.

The CA Program incorporates visual communication and experiential design, with regards to analog and digital. Each level builds upon the previous to expand the creative process and skill set with a particular focus on ideation, an integral and vital component of the design process. Throughout the program, concentration is also placed on portfolio development and design strategies. The aim is to provide a thorough and professional education in Communication Design (Graphic Design) and Ideation (Art Direction) through our curriculum.

The Electronic Media Design (EMD) Program is a one-year, full-time program that strives to teach and facilitate the growth of creative and inspired individuals. To do this, there are three key learnings addressed throughout the program: visual and communication strategy; creative and strategic process; and visual execution.

The Diploma of Information Technology covers a broad range of computing topics such as web technologies, operating systems, business information systems, multimedia systems, computer organisation and hardware, the basics of programming, and database management systems.
