Work Experience

Didencul Project

Principal Architect

I am responsible for the overall administration and day to day management of the company, dealing with all aspects, from clients needs and wishes through to the concept design. Delegating and overseeing all aspects of projects and budgeting/costing towards final execution. I am involved especially in the project management process, liaising with and supervising structural,HVAC and waste disposal engineers etc..
Key achievements
I established the pratice within the space of two years, as one of the top ten largest in the Republic of Moldova. My company specializes and occupies a niche, in high end residential developments and retail space conversion projects, shops, restaurants etc directly because of my business strategy. Our success in this direction is built on offering a customer based focus on the needs and wishes of the client. All of the business is based solely on word of mouth recommendations.

Marhitrav ATM

Head Architect

I was in the main, responsible for overseeing and implementing large scale construction projects in one of the leading and most dynamic architectural pratices in the Republic of Moldova. They included business and commercial centres, hotels and upmarket residential apartment blocks. I personally created the idea and needs according to the client, setting out the design concept . In addition the guidelines and parameters of the operation and overall supervision and execution of the project were what i was solely responsible for.
Key achievements
On my initiative i brought in more multi faceted and ecletic design concepts to a company whose in house style had become somewhat one dimensional, broadening the customer appeal base of the company. Furthermore I consolidated the core business of the company as an eminent pratice with a newer more flexible customer based approach to design, within a contemporary paradigm. During this period my own design team [there were 3 seperate design team entitys within the pratice], for whom i was directly responsible, won a significant number of National awards from the Republic of Moldova’s Union of Architects. I had sole responsibility for the training program in CAD across the whole pratice and kept the company at the cutting edge of using the latest computer technology in the architectural industry

Municipal Department Of Architecture And Urbanism

Principal Specialist

In 1999 the Centre of Computer information for the state capital’s regional urban body was founded and i was solely responsi- bile for the whole undertaking, involved in designing a database system for auditing buildings, roads, pipe networks etc for Chisinau and its Cadastral plan/land registry. This was basically an ongoing process at the time to modernise the local political administration structure in Moldovas conversion to a capatilist economy.
Key achievements
I established a successful computer system from scratch, for the whole of the capital city’s planning and property database network which is still working efficiently and is in active use to this day.
Logistically speaking, this type of project was one of the largest ever undertaken in the Republic of Moldova and its scale i believe demonstrated my ability to adminster and work in a political and commercial management environment, achieving lasting results.
Thanks to this system which i was responsible for the local administration have been able to adopt a long term master plan for the growth of the city.
