Creative Director

Bring leadership and design direction to the in-house creative team. This role included overarching marketing strategy, brand oversight and management of all designers and projects within the scope of marketing collateral, enhancing our digital platforms, custom graphics and presentations.

Restructured the Creative Team to further align with media agnostic work. This provided better alignment among skill sets and increased team efficiency while reducing company budgets spent on design.

Built robust international brand standards and implementation guides to provide guidance and consistency throughout the organization. Through the implementation of various templates we were able to increase efficiency while improving consistency within our production work.

Created multiple other guidelines including illustration, iconography, and graphing standards to further enforce employees outside the creative team to be self reliant while still using company brand standards including templates and training.

Use of infographics­—converting complex scientific data into easy to understand visuals­— increased RMI’s popularity across social media.

Senior Industrial Designer

Increase the efficiency, usability, and ambiance of passenger train cars throughout the country.

I conducted R&D within new and remanufactured train cars which involved created 3-D modeling, animated walkthroughs, digital presentations and full scale prototypes. I also managed signage and graphic standards throughout the country, coordinated efficient work schedules between external vendors and fostered new relationships with product manufacturers.
