New Delhi, IndiaAs a young girl, art & craft excited me as a hobby and I went on to do various tiny projects and illustrations. It was then that my family discovered my passion for design and encouraged me to explore the same as a profession. I went on to do my Bachelors of Design from NIFT, Delhi, and Masters of Design from IIT, Delhi. The world of solving problems and converting existing situations into preferred situations excites me. Each new project serves as fuel to my creative thinking ability, and I love looking at the process and final solutions! I believe openness, keen observation and feedback are crucial to any design process. I strive to inculcate these in all the projects I do. Other than that, I live by a simple motto "Think Positive, Receive Positive. The Universe has abundant to offer, ask for all you want!"
Work Experience
MyHQ Workspaces
UX Designer
Worked on B2C products of myHQ, in a highly collaborative & rigorous environment involving regular interactions with CTO, Engineers, Operation Managers, Marketeers and Business Developers.
My process consisted of User Research, Personas, Information Architecture, Wireframes, High Fidelity Mock-Ups along with Interactive Prototypes for user testing.
Some projects included:
• Building new app flows for sections such as book a trial, guest access, pay via app, refer & earn etc.
• Re-designing existing flows such as home page, space description, feedback & support etc.
• Developing new pages for the website such as community page, how myHQ works, region-specific workspaces etc.
• Re-desigining existing pages & sections of the website such as home page, footer, book a trial etc.
• Creating intuitive visuals and iconography for the myHQ consumer app & website
• Re-designing the flow of the content moderation dashboard
• Marketing collaterals for social media campaigns, space launches and push notifications fetching upto 300+ trials a month
• Branding material such as notebooks, standees, posters etc. used in 70+ workspaces around Delhi-NCR

Indian Postal Uniform, Ministry of Communications & IT
Re-designed the Uniform for Indian Postal Personnel. Followed user centric design methodology of surveying, interviewing, focus groups, matrix of needs etc. to create a list of requirements & specifications for improvement of the current uniform. Dwelled into development of more than 30 concepts after group ideation & analogous design techniques. Prototyped 3 designs and did user testing for fabric, fit, color etc. Finally, 1 design was finalized and moved into production.
